Registration

Registering and paying on line is simple, just click on the Runner Type (Adult, Student, or Child) , complete information requested, and add to cart. If there is more than one runner type, click on Runner Type again and repeat until all types have been added. Finally Click on Checkout button to make the calculated payment.

You may collect your suits prior to the event from The Kennet Sports Centre and will be available from 10th Nov. Just show your payment confirmation with the entry details to receive your Santa Suits and runner number for each registered runner. (see sizing note below)

Suits may also be obtained at the event on the day (get there early), again you will need your registration payment confirmation.

First the Terms and Conditions

By the act of entering on line you declare that the runner(s) is/are medically fit to participate. That any runner entered under the age of 18 has been granted permission to run by the parent or legal guardian(s). I/we also understand that entry is entirely at my/our own risk. The organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage as a consequence of my participating in this event. I understand that my entry is subject to the organiser’s discretion and that after acceptance and in the event of cancellation the entry fee is not refundable. In order for us to contact you next year, your details will be held on an electronic database.

Some help with suit sizing?

Adult Suit will fit anyone up to at least 6ft 4in and quite large c. 50in round the waist.
Ladies Suit will fit ladies up to about size 16 only, above this size an adult suit will be better.
Youth suit is about the same size as the Ladies i.e. a size 16 or 31in waist and height 5ft 8in for the boys
Childs suit is really, really, small i.e. no taller than 3ft 6in max
